Hon.-Nickson-Chilangwa-2Patriotic Front Luapula province Chairperson Nickson Chilangwa has charged that the United Party for National Development (UPND) will never have it easy in its quest to gain popularity in Luapula province.

Mr. Chilangwa has told Qfm News in an interview that the ruling party is working hard to ensure that the people in the province are made happy through development.

Mr. Chilangwa explains that Luapula province has seen massive development taking place from the time the Patriotic Front assumed office.

He states that roads which were impassable in the province are being worked on to the delight of the people.

He adds that government has also done its level best in ensuring that all rural health centres in the province have enough stocks of drugs with at least one medical personnel to attend to the patients.

Mr. Chilangwa says although the province still has some challenges, government is determined to improve the living standards of the people.

But UPND president Hakainde Hichilema has dismissed Mr Chilangwa’s statement as mere politicking.

Mr. Hichilema says Zambians have decided and that when they demand for change it will be so.
