MUVI TV EDITOR MABVUTO PHIRI WANTS TO KNOW WHY EDGAR LUNGU GREW COLD FEET OVER BBC INTERVIEW

liatoThe decision by Our President, Edgar Lungu to shun a BBC interview is a missed opportunity to consolidate and affirm Zambia’s global position in light of the many challenges that have engulfed the country.

Additionally, It is a missed opportunity to assure and subsequently market Zambia, as an attractive tourism and investment destination despite all the challenges.

Such opportunities are very rare that out of the many presidents attending the United Nations Summit, President Lungu was given the platform to communicate with the rest of the world his aspirations and plans for Zambia.

l don’t want to blame the President for Chickening out of the interview but l will wait for communication from his spin doctors/clerks on the reasons that necessitated his cold feet.
